We search our Japan network and reply, usually within 24–48 hours, with availability and an all-in quote (item, shipping, handling).

You approve & pay the invoice
Happy with the quote? We send a secure invoice. You pay only once you’ve approved — nothing is charged before that.

We ship direct from Japan
We buy and inspect the item in Japan, pack it carefully, and ship it straight to your door with tracking.

For rare, high-value requests we may ask for a small refundable deposit before we start sourcing — we always tell you first, and only with your agreement. Invoices are issued and paid securely before we buy on your behalf.

A. There is no charge to send a request. If we can find the item, we reply with the all-in cost (item, shipping and handling) so you can decide with no obligation.

Q. How do you judge condition?
A. We inspect every item in Japan against the same standards described in our self-grading checklist, and describe it honestly — condition and all.

Q. How long does it take?
A. It depends on the item. Some are found quickly; rare pieces can take longer. We keep you updated and never promise a fixed timeline.
