Think of us as your personal shopper in Japan. Our store lists thousands of items, but Japan holds far more. Tell us the figure, card or collectible you want — even if it isn’t listed here — and we’ll hunt it down, inspect it by hand, and ship it directly to you, wherever you are.
How it works
For rare, high-value requests we may ask for a small refundable deposit before we start sourcing — we always tell you first, and only with your agreement. Invoices are issued and paid securely before we buy on your behalf.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. There is no charge to send a request. If we can find the item, we reply with the all-in cost (item, shipping and handling) so you can decide with no obligation.
Q. How do you judge condition?
A. We inspect every item in Japan against the same standards described in our self-grading checklist, and describe it honestly — condition and all.
Q. How long does it take?
A. It depends on the item. Some are found quickly; rare pieces can take longer. We keep you updated and never promise a fixed timeline.
