  1. Sourcing — Items are acquired directly from Japanese collector networks, estate sales, Japanese domestic auction houses (including Yahoo! Auctions Japan and Mercari Japan), and retired collectors. We do not import from overseas resellers.
  2. Authentication & Inspection — Every item is hand-inspected under direct lighting and magnification for authenticity markers, manufacturing details, and condition. Any defects, wear, or incomplete contents are documented and disclosed in the listing.
  3. Grading & Photography — Condition is graded against a consistent internal rubric, with multiple high-resolution photos covering all sides, joints, accessories, and any flaws. What you see is exactly what you get.
  4. Packaging — Items are wrapped in anti-static film where appropriate, cushioned with foam or air pillows, and boxed in rigid double-walled cartons. Fragile items receive an additional inner box.
  5. Dispatch — Orders ship from Tokyo via Japan Post EMS, FedEx, or DHL with tracking and insurance. Transit times and tracking numbers are provided in your order confirmation.
