We work with shops, resellers and collectors who need more than one item. This page explains how business and bulk (lot) requests work at HD Toys Japan.
Every item is one-of-a-kind
We sell pre-owned, one-of-a-kind pieces, so there is normally one of each item in stock. That is why quantities on our product pages always show a single unit. To buy several of the same item, or a mixed lot, we need to arrange it in advance — item by item.
Why a request comes first
Because each piece is sourced individually, we confirm what we can actually prepare before anything is set up. Sending a request first lets us check availability, avoid double-selling against our other sales channels, and tell you clearly what is possible. We do not promise a fixed timeline — we guide you item by item once we know what can be arranged.
How it works
- Send a request — include the item URLs you want, the quantity, and your destination country.
- We check availability — we confirm whether the items can be sourced and prepared as a lot.
- We prepare and guide you — when possible, we set up the items and walk you through them individually.

Q. Can I order multiple units of the same item?
A. Possibly. Every item we list is a single, one-of-a-kind used piece, so there is normally one in stock. For multiple units or a lot, please send a request in advance with the item(s) and quantity, and we will check whether we can source and prepare them.
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. There is no fixed minimum. Tell us what you are looking for and the quantity, and we will let you know what is possible on a case-by-case basis.
Q. How long does it take?
A. It depends on the item and quantity. Because each piece is sourced individually, we cannot promise a fixed timeline — we will confirm availability and guide you item by item.
