返品・交換・キャンセル / Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations 【お客様都合による返品】
商品到着後 7 日以内に当店へご連絡いただき、かつ以下の全条件を満たす場合に限り返品をお受けいたします。
Customer-initiated returns are accepted only if all following conditions are met, with notification within 7 days of delivery:
  • 未開封・未使用であること / Unopened and unused
  • 元の箱・付属品・タグ・納品書すべて完備 / Original box, accessories, tags, and invoice all intact
  • 再販売可能な状態であること / In re-sellable condition
【返品費用負担】
返送料・国際返送関連費用 (関税等)・返金処理手数料・当店が既にお支払いした発送送料はすべてお客様のご負担となります。往復送料を控除した金額の返金となります。
All return shipping, international return fees (including duties), refund processing fees, and original outbound shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping.

  • 商品説明に明記した中古品特有の使用感・経年変化・初期傷 / Wear, aging, or initial scratches as noted in the listing (inherent to pre-owned items)
  • セール・クリアランス・特別価格商品 / Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • 到着から 7 日を超えたご連絡 / Contact received after 7 days from delivery
  • カスタム・特注・オーダーメイド商品 / Customized or made-to-order items
  • トレーディングカード類 (改ざん防止のため) / Trading cards (to prevent tampering)
【商品不良・誤配送の場合】
到着後 48 時間以内に写真を添えて info@hdtoysjapan.com までご連絡いただいた場合に限り対応いたします。当店の責任による不良・誤送品と判断された場合、同等品との交換を基本とし、在庫切れの場合のみ返金にて対応いたします。返送料は当店負担といたします。
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, contact info@hdtoysjapan.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Upon verification, we offer equivalent replacement as the default remedy; refunds are issued only if replacement is unavailable. We cover return shipping in verified cases.

【キャンセル】
ご注文確定後のキャンセルは、発送前に限り承ります。発送準備が開始された後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
Order cancellation is only accepted before dispatch. Once packing has begun, cancellation is not accepted.

【Multi-channel availability / Order cancellation】
Items are listed on multiple channels at the same time. If an item is already sold out when we receive your order, we will cancel the order and refund you in full within 1 business day. (Depending on your card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.) If you ordered several items and only some are sold out, we will ship the available items and refund the rest.
