Movie Masterpiece 1/6 Scale Figure The Amazing Spider Man 2 Marvel Hot Toys

This listing is for the Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece 1/6 Scale Figure of Spider-Man from The Amazing Spider-Man 2, a sought-after collectible for fans of Marvel's cinematic Spider-Man and Hot Toys' long-running MMS line. Based on Sony Pictures' 2014 film starring Andrew Garfield, this piece captures the sleeker, more comic-accurate suit redesign that defined the second entry in Marc Webb's Spider-Man series. For collectors who build out Marvel movie shelves or specialize in Spider-Man variants across different films and actors, this release remains one of the standout Garfield-era representations in the 1/6 scale format.

The figure is produced by Hot Toys under their flagship Movie Masterpiece banner, which is known for high-end sixth-scale articulated collectibles with tailored costumes, interchangeable parts, and film-accurate sculpting. As a 1/6 scale piece, it is designed to stand alongside other Hot Toys Marvel figures in a consistent display scale. Because this listing is based on the title alone, we are not quoting exact height, accessory counts, or edition numbers — collectors familiar with the MMS Amazing Spider-Man 2 release will already know what to expect from the line, and any specific contents should be confirmed from the accompanying photos.

Within the broader Spider-Man collecting community, the Amazing Spider-Man 2 Hot Toys figure holds a special place because it represents a film era that has gained renewed appreciation thanks to Garfield's return in later Marvel projects. Pre-owned Hot Toys pieces sourced from Japan are particularly valued by overseas collectors: the Japanese secondary market is well known for careful handling, climate-conscious storage, and a strong culture of keeping original boxes, inserts, and paperwork. For out-of-production MMS releases like this one, Japan has long been one of the most reliable sources for finding examples that have been looked after rather than roughly played with.

This is a pre-owned item that has been inspected before listing and ships directly from Japan. As with any previously owned collectible, the figure and/or its original packaging may show signs of handling, shelf wear, minor scuffs, or storage marks consistent with age. We do not describe this item as mint or factory sealed. Please review the product photos carefully, as they form part of the condition description, and feel free to ask questions before purchasing if you need additional detail on a specific area.

On display, the Movie Masterpiece Spider-Man is the kind of piece that anchors a shelf. The articulated 1/6 body allows for a wide range of signature Spider-Man poses — crouched perches, mid-swing stances, web-shooting gestures — and the tailored suit catches light differently from a cast plastic figure, giving the display a cinematic quality that photographs well. Positioned alongside other Hot Toys Marvel heroes, villains, or alternate Spider-Man variants, it helps build out a cross-film "Spider-Verse" style lineup that has become increasingly popular as more live-action Spider-Men have shared the screen.

For international buyers, picking up a Hot Toys release like this from a Japanese seller means getting a figure that has lived in a market where collectibles are treated as long-term display pieces rather than disposable toys. Whether you are completing a Garfield-era Spider-Man sub-collection, filling a gap in your Hot Toys MMS shelf, or picking up the character for the first time in sixth scale, this Amazing Spider-Man 2 release is a solid, character-defining addition. Secure checkout, careful packing for overseas transit, and shipment from Japan are all included as standard with this listing.
