Lucky Star Miyuki Takara TAITO Costume Station Ver 3 Gloomy Bear Figure 2010

Straight from Japan, this is the Lucky Star Miyuki Takara Costume Station Ver. 3 Figure, released by TAITO in 2010 as part of their popular prize figure lineup. Based on the hit anime and manga series Lucky Star by Kagami Yoshimizu, this piece features Miyuki Takara — the kind-hearted, pink-haired class representative beloved by fans for her gentle personality and iconic glasses. The "Costume Station" series reimagines the Lucky Star girls in different outfits, giving collectors a chance to display their favorite characters in looks outside the standard school uniform. This particular release is tagged as a Gloomy Bear crossover-themed costume variant, blending Mori Chack's cult-favorite Gloomy Bear aesthetic with the cozy charm of Lucky Star.

This is the Version 3 entry in the Costume Station series, produced by TAITO and dated to 2010. As a TAITO prize figure, it was originally distributed through Japanese arcade crane games and UFO catchers rather than general retail, which is part of what makes figures from this line so sought after outside of Japan. The piece captures Miyuki in a stylized costume design, sculpted and painted in TAITO's signature prize-figure quality from that era — a period many fans consider a highlight for anime prize figures.

Lucky Star remains one of the defining slice-of-life anime of the 2000s, and merchandise tied to the series — particularly figures of the four main girls — has become increasingly difficult to find in good condition more than a decade after release. Miyuki, as the group's "moe" archetype, is a favorite among collectors building full Lucky Star displays. Pre-owned Japanese figures like this one carry extra appeal because the domestic Japanese market tends to preserve items carefully, and prize figures from older TAITO runs often never made it overseas in meaningful quantities. For collectors chasing out-of-print Lucky Star merchandise, picking up original 2010 TAITO releases is one of the most authentic ways to round out a collection.

This item is pre-owned and has been inspected before listing. It ships directly from Japan. The figure itself is in good displayable condition, but please note that as a vintage prize figure now over a decade old, the original box and packaging may show signs of shelf wear, minor creasing, small dings, or fading consistent with age and storage. We do not represent this item as sealed or mint — it is sold as an authentic used collectible from the Japanese secondary market. Photos (where provided) are part of the listing's condition description, so please review them carefully before purchase.

On display, Miyuki from this Costume Station Ver. 3 release makes a great centerpiece or companion piece alongside other Lucky Star figures, especially other entries in TAITO's Costume Station series featuring Konata, Kagami, and Tsukasa. The costume-themed concept means she stands apart from standard uniform figures and brings a bit more visual variety to a shelf, which is why collectors often seek out the Costume Station line specifically. For Lucky Star fans, Gloomy Bear fans, or TAITO prize figure collectors, this 2010 release is a nice piece of anime merchandising history to pick up while originals from this era are still circulating.

HD Toys Store Japan sources collectibles directly from the Japanese market, so you can be confident this is an authentic TAITO release rather than a reproduction.
