S.H. Figuarts Goku Black Dragon Ball Super Tamashii Nations Limited Bandai 2018

The S.H. Figuarts Goku Black is a highly articulated collectible figure from Bandai's acclaimed Tamashii Nations line, bringing one of the most memorable antagonists of the Dragon Ball Super era into a premium poseable format. Goku Black, the dark reflection of Son Goku wielding the body of the Supreme Kai apprentice Zamasu, became an instant fan favorite after his debut in the Future Trunks saga, and S.H. Figuarts remains the gold standard for collectors who want show-accurate articulation, sculpt, and expression. This release is sought after by Dragon Ball collectors who appreciate detailed villain figures alongside their Goku, Vegeta, and Future Trunks lineups.

This listing is for the 2018 Bandai Tamashii Nations release of Goku Black under the S.H. Figuarts banner. As indicated in the title, this is a limited run from Tamashii Nations, meaning it was produced in a controlled quantity rather than as an ongoing mass-market SKU, which contributes to its collectibility on the secondary market. The figure originates from Japan, as is standard for the Tamashii Nations imprint, and carries the Bandai branding that collectors trust for quality control and consistency within the S.H. Figuarts series. All additional details — accessories, interchangeable parts, and condition specifics — should be confirmed from the photos provided in this listing, which represent the actual item you will receive.

Within the broader Dragon Ball Super storyline, Goku Black occupies a unique place: he is one of the few antagonists whose design mirrors the protagonist himself, which makes him a visually striking centerpiece in any shelf display. Pairing him with other S.H. Figuarts releases from the same era — such as Super Saiyan Rose variants, Future Trunks, Zamasu, or Super Saiyan Blue Goku — allows collectors to recreate signature battles from the anime. Pre-owned Japanese releases like this one are especially valued because the domestic Japanese market receives first-run production with original Japanese packaging and inserts, which many overseas collectors prefer over later international reissues.

This item is pre-owned and has been inspected prior to listing. It ships directly from Japan with its original packaging where available, though the outer box and inner tray may show signs of shelf wear, minor creasing, storage marks, or age-related aging consistent with a figure released in 2018. We do not claim this piece to be sealed or mint; please review the listing photos carefully, as they form part of the condition description. Any notable flaws visible in the images should be considered part of the item's as-is condition.

On display, S.H. Figuarts Goku Black makes a strong statement thanks to the line's hallmark articulation and expressive sculpt work, which allow for a wide range of dynamic poses — from his composed, arms-crossed stance to mid-combat energy attacks. Lit from above on a standard figure shelf or inside a detolf-style display case, the figure captures the character's signature dark gi, pink highlights, and sinister expression with the fidelity that has made the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball lineup one of Bandai's most consistently collected sub-ranges. For fans building out their Dragon Ball Super rogues' gallery, or completists chasing Tamashii Nations limited releases from the late 2010s, this is a meaningful addition to the collection.
